Your hostess warmly welcomes you to Warnemünde! This owner-operated apartment has been furnished with great care and passion so that you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation on the Baltic Sea. You’ll find everything you need for a vacation right nearby: numerous cafés, restaurants, shopping options, and recreational activities. The fine, wide sandy beach is just under 400 meters away.

60 sqm (1st floor) for 3 people + baby (2 years old), balcony, Wi-Fi

Spanish flair on the Baltic Sea—this is the theme under which the hostess has furnished Apartment Sevilla with great passion and skill. The spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen exudes a very special charm with its high ceilings.

Bright LIVING AREA with a sofa (sleeps one), side table, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a DINING AREA with a table and 4 chairs

Open KITCHEN with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and many other cooking utensils for self-catering

BEDROOM with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet
An additional sleeping area (140x200 cm) and a quiet retreat are located in the attic

BATHROOM with natural light, shower, sink, towel warmer, and counter space

Next to the entrance is a small furnished balcony overlooking the courtyard.

To help you start your vacation feeling relaxed, your host has made up the beds and laid out towels. You’ll be personally welcomed upon arrival.

A crib (with mattress and bedding) and a high chair can be booked together for a one-time fee of 25 euros.

You can park your car directly at the accommodation for 10 euros per day. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard (uncovered). Please note that parking in public lots is very limited and expensive!
