Villa Daheim - Holiday apartment "Kajüte 12"

This spacious vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of “Villa Daheim,” an apartment building on Bäderstraße in Juliusruh, just about 100 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.

The apartment, decorated in a nautical style, sleeps up to 4 people, with accommodations consisting of a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The cozy living area of the approximately 60 m² vacation apartment, which features an adjoining balcony, includes not only the sleeper sofa but also two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The separate kitchen is equipped with a large dining area and a kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and refrigerator. In the bright, naturally lit bathroom, you’ll find a toilet, sink, and a bathtub with a shower.
A parking space for the apartment is located directly next to the building. The property also features a covered storage area for bicycles.
Pets are allowed. Please note that additional fees apply for pets.

Starting in September 2025, renovation work will take place on the balconies. The balconies will be unavailable for use. The work is expected to last until October 2026. As part of the town renewal project, road construction is underway, resulting in detours and road closures. If the parking lot at the building is unavailable due to the work, a parking space is available approximately 400 m away at the town’s edge toward Altenkirchen at
