Das 1999 erbaute und 2024 renovierte Ferienhaus ist ein Reihenhaus und zweckmäßig und im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich auf einem Bauernhof, am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Panorama und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Bei diesem Ferienobjekt handelt es sich um eine familienfreundliche und romatische Unterkunft. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel, Lagerfeuerplatz und Hof. Kleiner Pool zum Toben und Spielen.

Pula, district of Šikici, 30 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The landlady has a cat.

Due to the flower-decorated courtyard, I only accept female dogs.

Not available for children under 3 years old, as the space is not suitable for toddlers. The enclosed property also has a larger gravel car park and there is plenty of space for children to play. The courtyard is full of flowers and I live with a small cat in the neighbouring house, which is why I only accept a female dog – a bitch. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. The length of the access road is approx. 40 m directly at the entrance to the estate, all roads are asphalted. In the smaller section, the access road is somewhat narrower.
