Residence Ostseestrand Apartment 20

Welcome to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.

This 2.5-room apartment, measuring 49 square meters and offering a beautiful view of the spa gardens, is situated right in the heart of Scharbeutz, directly on Strandallee. The town center, with its many restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, is right on your doorstep.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The cozy living area is furnished with a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for four people. From there, you can step out onto the covered south/west-facing balcony overlooking the spa park. The open kitchen area, equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator, rounds out the amenities.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and an additional flat-screen TV. In the small children’s bedroom, you’ll find a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink; the toilet is located separately next door.

A parking space next to the house and a bicycle storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric vehicle charging station is available on the property. Use of the station can be booked as an optional add-on for a flat rate of 40.00 € per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging via QR code is available directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent via email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available for use in the building for a fee.
Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.

On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and game room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.

This family-friendly vacation home features an elevator and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, expansive beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the complex from the magnificent beach.

You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
