Come on in and make yourself right at home! Our cozy “Jadekieker” vacation rental is located on the first floor of a high-rise building and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway on the North Sea in its 54 square meters of space. It can accommodate up to four people—ideal for couples, families, or a vacation with friends.

The light-filled living room is the heart of the apartment. Soft natural light streams in through the large windows, bathing the room in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Make yourself comfortable in the rocking chair, enjoy a cup of tea, or lean back and let your gaze wander out over the greenery. In the evening, the cozy sleeper sofa is perfect for watching TV—and at night, it transforms into a comfortable sleeping spot for additional guests.

The bedroom promises restful nights: a large double bed ensures sweet dreams, and the spacious closet has plenty of room for all your vacation wardrobe.

Adjacent to the living room is the practical kitchenette, equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. From morning coffee to a fresh fish dinner—here you can get creative in the kitchen however you like.

The small but charming bathroom with natural light offers everything you need for your daily routine. Bright and functional, it invites you to relax and feel at home.

A special highlight is the balcony: Here you can settle into a beach chair and enjoy the sun while watching the hustle and bustle of the town or simply soaking up the tranquility. The cozy patio furniture invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.

The apartment is accessible both via the staircase and by elevator to offer you the greatest possible comfort.

To ensure you can enjoy a completely carefree vacation, a private parking space is available for your use. All rooms are equipped with electric exterior shutters, so you can ensure privacy and a pleasant level of darkness at any time—perfect for a restful sleep at any hour of the day.
On the first floor, you also have the option to use the shared washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
A storage room for bicycles is also located on the first floor.

Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linens packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 dish towels.

The municipal guest tax (tourist tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
