It features an open-concept living room.- kitchen-dining area that is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, and a coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans are also provided. One bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with a toilet, shower, and a corner bathtub, a hallway with a sideboard, shoe cabinet, coat rack, and full-length mirror, a balcony with a table and two chairs, and a spacious storage room. Also available are a small freezer, a robot vacuum cleaner, hand towels and shower towels, bed linens (changed as needed), free Wi-Fi, and a parking space directly in front of the house. A bread roll delivery service is available for a fee. Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A 50% prepayment may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request for a fee.
