Welcome to our spacious duplex apartment, which offers everything you need for a perfect stay! The approximately 65-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of the building and can accommodate up to 4 people. Here you’ll find everything your heart desires.<br>On the first floor of the apartment, you’ll find a spacious bathroom with a shower. You’ll also find a spacious kitchen-living room with a fireplace and direct access to the furnished balcony. Enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful view of the surrounding area. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals and spend a cozy evening with your loved ones.<br>A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where the bedrooms are located. Here, after an eventful day, you can relax in comfortable beds and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds.<br>Our duplex apartment offers you the perfect retreat for an unforgettable stay. Vollerwiek is about a 10-minute drive from Tönning and also 10 minutes from Spo. The nearest shopping area in Garding is a 5-minute drive away. Vollerwiek has its own grassy beach. The rustic country house features 5 vacation apartments, 2 of which are on the first floor and have their own small terrace, complete with patio furniture and a beach chair. Each apartment features an open-concept kitchen-living area and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Additionally, a fireplace in each apartment provides cozy warmth. The three vacation apartments on the first and second floors spans two floors, and dogs are welcome here. Each apartment sleeps four and features an open-concept kitchen-living area with a fireplace and a dining table. Each has one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower is also available. The “Hohe Düne” apartment additionally has a small balcony. It is furnished with a small bistro table and chairs and overlooks the garden, which offers plenty of space and play options for the little ones.<br><br>The house features a large garden with chickens, a barbecue area, and a beach chair. For the very little ones, there are Bobby Cars in the shed; the kids will find, among other things, dinosaur-themed go-karts there; and bicycles are also available for us adults to use freely.
