The Dünen-Therme and all spa facilities are right in the neighborhood: the ideal place for your vacation or a spa stay any time of year! This beautiful 2-room apartment (approx. 52 square meters) invites you to enjoy your stay right in the heart of the Bad district. The cozy living room features a sofa set and a dining area where you can feel right at home. The closet contains an additional fold-out bed (90 x 200 cm). The floor is covered with attractive, contemporary laminate flooring (wood finish). The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). A screen is installed on the bedroom window. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, range hood, and all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay for 2 or 3 people—including, of course, a coffee maker and electric kettle. Satellite TV and a stereo system are also available, as is a nice, small shower room. Wi-Fi is included in the apartment. The building also features a bike storage room, a washer and dryer (for a fee), and a parking space is available as well. Bedding and towels (1 large and 2 small towels per person) are included once. The costs for electricity, water, and heating are included in the price. For hygiene reasons, pets of any kind are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
