A clean, modern, well situated house, with a great pool.

Pros: We came just to relax, I especially love having our own pool because i really love swimming! The Villa was perfect with everything that we need the pool was so so clean as was the house. It is close enough to bars, restaurants and cafes, amazing shopping centre close by and can easily go to nearby towns if wanted. Also the owner and keyholder are really lovely and make everything very easily, will definitely go back again.

The host, John, was a dream to liaise with as his response time was very prompt and informative. We will, when returning to this area, definitely rent this villa again. It’s location suited us perfectly. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are a very short walk from the villa, Whilst only a 15mins drive to lots of others. Our favourite beach, Guardamar, is a 25 mins drive away.

Pros: Uitstekend adres voor rustzoekers. Villa is nieuw, modern en is volledig ingericht. Alles zeer netjes en schoon. Satelliettelevisie met vele (o.m. Nederlandse) zenders. Prima zwembad en ligstoelen. Vistabella Golf is een soort rustige vinexwijk met beperkte voorzieningen. In de regio is er voldoende te zien (Alicante, Torrevieja, Cartagena, Orihuela, Guadelest). Verhuurder heeft een map beschikbaar met uitgebreide informatie. Verhuurder communiceert goed. Ook sleutelbeheerder John reageert zeer adequaat. Ik kan deze villa zeker aanbevelen.

Pros: We genoten 2 weken van Casa Imjo. De ontvangst door beheerder John was zeer hartelijk. De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien en keurig schoon. Gebruik van het privé zwembad was heerlijk. Daarnaast was de map met uitgebreide informatie over de streek erg handig; veel gebruik van gemaakt. Punt van aandacht: zonder tussendoor te wassen is er te weinig beddengoed en zijn er te weinig handdoeken.

Pros: Mooie, luxueus afgewerkte woning met eigen zwembad. Wij hadden optie verwarmd zwembad erbij genomen, en dat was het meer dan waard eind oktober. Alles is in de woning aanwezig. Als er toch iets is, kan je eender wanneer beroep doen op de keyholders John en Sue, supervriendelijke mensen. Het domein is zeer rustig gelegen, ideaal voor wie de rust opzoekt. . Op het domein is er een supermarkt, apotheek en horeca. Op max 15 min sta je aan strand zoals Playa Flamenca, La Mata, enz. Op ca 5km heb je 2 leuke Spaanse dorpjes ( Los Montesinos en San Miguel de Salinas) waar je supermarkt vindt, alsook verschillende terrasjes, restaurants, bakker enz. In Torrevieja ( op goeie 10min) een gigantische Carrefour, en o.a. een groot openlucht shopping centrum La Zenia. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep heel vlot en snel. De woning en de streek zijn zeker een aanrader.

Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat je wel een einde moest rijden tot de zee, maar dat wisten we en was zeker geen probleem! Accomodatie is zeker een aanrader! Lof aan de eigenaars.
