Welcome to the Meeresrauschen vacation home—located on the Baltic Sea on the beautiful island of Rügen. Experience Rügen’s natural wonders, enjoy the invigorating sea air, and savor the tranquility and vastness of our unique landscape. Make yourself at home in our family-run vacation rentals at Dranske Hof and relax during your unforgettable vacation on the northwest coast—“all the way up on Rügen”!
On Wittow, the northernmost tip of Rügen, our vacation home Windflüchter is located away from mass tourism, hustle, and bustle. The three non-smoking vacation apartments under the thatched roof are furnished to accommodate 2 to 4 people. We’ve set our rates to be guest-friendly. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
The apartment is laid out in a townhouse style. On the lower level, in addition to the entryway and the kitchen-living room, you’ll find the bathroom and a storage room. On the upper level, beneath the thatched roof, there are two bedrooms of equal size, each with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, as well as a closet outside the bedrooms. You can access the bedrooms via a spiral wooden staircase.
In front of the vacation apartments is a spacious terrace area with patio furniture. Here, depending on the weather and season, you can eat or enjoy the tranquility of northern Rügen. The property also features a natural pond with a terrace (this area is not fenced off). We also have a terrace there that you can use to relax.
Two people can book the apartment at the base rate. We add a third or fourth guest as an extra bed at the base rate, so the rental price varies depending on the number of guests. Free Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.
Two additional vacation apartments in a bungalow-style house offer one apartment for 2 people and one apartment for up to 4 people, both of which allow you to bring your pets.
Since the three apartments are located next to each other but each has its own separate living area, they are ideal for guests looking for accommodations for themselves and their family or friends, while still valuing their own privacy.
A webcam that we’ve set up for you and posted on our website gives you a view of our neighboring town and the island of Hiddensee.
