Vacation Apartment 02 at Friedrich-Engels-Str. 19 is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

Your cozy, newly renovated, and freshly furnished apartment FE19/02 is located on a quiet side street. The pier, the spa administration office, the town center, and the beach are only about 250 m away.

You’ll be staying in a 3-room apartment with a balcony facing south/east. The apartment features a living/dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchen integrated into the living area, and a bathroom with a shower.

A flat-screen TV in the living room provides entertainment. A sleeper sofa and two armchairs add to the cozy atmosphere.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Of course, you’ll also find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and plenty of dishes. The floors throughout the apartment are laminate; the bathroom is tiled.

The first bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. Of course, you can darken the room by closing the pleated blinds. The bedroom in the attic is accessible via a narrow (steep) staircase. Here, too, you’ll find a double bed (180 x 200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep.

A shower room is also available for your use. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

A parking space in front of the house is included with the apartment. Bicycles can be parked right next to the house. If you’re arriving with more than one vehicle, please park the second car in the public (paid) parking lot.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).
