-Pool heat available upon request: $100/day (Apr–Sep), $150/day (Oct–Mar); please notify at least 24 hours in advance.
-No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Violation fee: $1,500.
-Sedona’s dark sky ordinance requires outdoor lights to be turned off at night (9 pm to 7 am).
-By law, this home may not be used for events, parties, or large gatherings beyond registered guests.
-Local wildlife (javelina, deer, skunks, bobcats) is common in the area. Please admire from a distance and do not feed or approach.
