I have had long term rentals for more than 35 years. I have enjoyed providing beautiful, safe homes. Now that I have moved to Florida, I would like to provide the same for my short term rental guests with all the perks of beach life in what I consider the most vibrant, beautiful beach area in Florida.

This is an established community with many parks and the one across the street has pickleball, tennis, baseball, exercise equipment and more. There is plenty of parking on and off the property. There is a museum, stores, dog parks, community center, and within a mile or two the arts district of new Smyrna with shops and all kinds of food and the Inter Coastal waterway. Turn east on Canal Street to get there. If you turn east on Washington Street, you will head to the beach as you drive past more shops, boating, fishing, sun, and surf. We are not right on the beach, which gives a measure of safety from storms, but being approximately 1-2 miles away, you will still be in the heart of the grander of New Smyrna Beach.

This property has been completely remodeled with up new kitchen, appliances, jetted tub, deck, hot tub, outdoor pool shower, and new air conditioners. The neighbors are wonderful and fun to talk with too. It sounds small but lives big. It is a good sized property with plenty of parking, which is a real plus in the area. This community has everything needed to make your stay relaxing and worthwhile, even if you never went to the beach.
