Located on the southwest side of Building 1, this vacation rental is on the 2nd floor of the popular Seehof vacation complex.

Amenities
The apartment, which features Wi-Fi, includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, a Blu-ray player, and a flat-screen TV with a hi-fi system, a bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror, and two balconies with a beautiful view of Schloonsee.
The amenities are rounded out by a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, and freezer.
Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair for a fee.

Special Features
The complex features a sauna, which is available to you daily starting at 5:00 p.m. free of charge. The apartment is a non-smoking vacation rental where pets are not permitted.
An elevator is available in the building. For a fee, you can use the in-building washer and dryer. An ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room.

A designated parking space in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and a height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee. Please carefully compare your car’s dimensions with the manufacturer’s data in the “Photo Gallery” on our website beforehand. Instructions for using the double-parking system’s parking spaces can be found directly in the underground garage. Use of the system is at your own risk and responsibility. We would like to point out that charging electric cars using the building’s electrical system is prohibited. Please use public charging stations instead.

The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 until approximately the end of September 2026 due to renovation work.

The complex of buildings at the family-friendly Seehof vacation resort in the Baltic Sea spa town of Bansin consists of a historic villa and two new structures. The location here is truly unique: On the sea side, you’ll be right on the beach promenade with the sandy beach right at your doorstep. On the land side, however, lies the picturesque Schloonsee. The Seehof offers you a private sauna area, an elevator, and coin-operated washers and dryers for shared use. The individual vacation apartments feature free Wi-Fi and, depending on the unit, either a balcony, a terrace, or a sea view. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in select apartments.
