Toyia, the home owner was great to deal with. She was very responsive and you can tell she cares about her property. The house was very clean, it’s definitely an older house, but she has put a lot of work and love into the property. The area is starting to rebuild with multiple houses in the area getting remodeled which is nice to see. Like anywhere outside of downtown Detroit, if you mind your business and let others mind there’s, I’ve never had an issue staying anywhere. It’s pretty close to downtown, maybe a 10 min Uber ride, there’s parking for multiple vehicles and lots of the amenities are new. I’d definitely stay at Toiya’s again, we were there 3 nights for a football game and I have no complaints at all. Thanks for a great stay, see you again soon.
