The vacation rental features two very spacious and tastefully furnished bedrooms/living rooms, each with a balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. Each of these two rooms is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a closet, a sideboard, and seating or dining area, with one of the dining tables seating four people. There are also two bathrooms with showers.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee pad machine, electric kettle, toaster, and everything you need for cooking and self-catering.

Wi-Fi, TV, and music systems with connections for MP3 players and USB drives in every bedroom, as well as an ironing board and iron, are of course also at your disposal.

Your stylish guest apartment is located on a small side street right on Aegidientorplatz, next to the U-Bahn station of the same name. You’ll be staying in a central, prime location that’s still wonderfully quiet.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach several museums—such as the Sprengel Museum, the Landesmuseum, and the Kestner Museum—as well as City Hall, Maschpark, Maschsee, Georgstraße, the pedestrian zone, Theater am Aegi, the opera house, the Old Town, the State Parliament, and much more. The train station is just two stops away by subway. There are also direct connections to the trade fair grounds (14-minute ride), the Herrenhausen Gardens, and the Medical University. Cafés and bakeries offering breakfast, restaurants, and shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity.
