Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, and a TV with DVD player. A washing machine and dryer are available on request.



Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace. Guests also have access to a shared garden. There are numerous hiking trails and tours in the area, a bus stop right in front of the house, and the train station is just a 5-minute drive away.



Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also an option. Pets are not allowed. With the guest card, you can use all public transport in Baden-Württemberg free of charge. Pick-up from the train station (Teinach or Calw) is available for an extra fee. An EV charging station is available, and the electricity in the apartment is generated by solar energy.
