In the SURROUNDINGS include the Kellerwald/Edersee National Park Centre, Edersee Wildlife Park, summer toboggan run, Bad Arolsen Residential Palace, various golf courses, Wilhelmshöhe/Kassel Bergpark World Heritage Site and a large number of other swimming pools, museums and leisure facilities in northern Hesse. All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made ready), towels and final cleaning.

You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email. Discounts are only possible when booking on our homepage, but not on online portals such as booking, HRS, Fewo-direkt, AirBnB...etc.
In addition, there is the visitor's tax of currently €2.50 per person. Day (3€ from 2024)

Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5 nights

Deposit & terms of payment :
A general deposit of 200€ is charged for this property. You transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven working days after departure.

Terms of payment:
· 20% deposit within one week after receipt of the booking confirmation.
· Final payment up to 14 days before arrival
· In the case of short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receipt of the booking confirmation.
· Cash payment on site is not possible!
