The Space:

This beautifully renovated loft apartment provides a fantastic home base in the heart of downtown Asheville. Situated just two blocks from iconic Pack Square, you'll enjoy a walkable locale near a hub of activity. Specialty wine and chocolate shops can be found just around the corner. You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for day trips to hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery. After a day of sightseeing, relax amidst the space's classic architectural details. Highlights include exposed brick, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The living area serves as the social heart of the apartment. Break out the popcorn and watch a movie on the 46-inch TV. Comfy seating for five is available on a sleeper sofa and plush chairs. Whip up tasty dishes in the beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

  • All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items.     This loft is in the PERFECT location. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and shopping. The parking garage is a very short walk... we only had to move our car the day we visited the Biltmore. The listing talks about street noise and you might hear a LITTLE during the week during the day - but honestly, I felt the location was quiet for our entire stay (and we were there over a holiday weekend)!

    The home is beautiful and clean! We enjoyed the high ceilings, elevated bedding and the ceiling fans. I actually ordered the same fan from the primary bedroom and we installed it when we got home! The creek runs right behind the deck and sounds exactly like you’d imagine. Great spaces for kids and adults and we would absolutely stay again!

    The home was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked with needed items. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The winding drive to the home isn’t for the faint of heart! You can sit on the porch and listen to the babbling brook. We had lazy mornings, small day hikes, and nights filled with board games, puzzles and s’mores.
    I brought a small nativity set. Each person on the trip painted a piece. This will certainly bring back memories of our wonderful trip, when we unpack it each Christmas.

    This apartment is located within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants and the Asheville Museum of Science. Parking is easy. Plus, it is only minutes away from the Arts District and from the Biltmore. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

    Beautiful house

    The house is beautiful and very secluded. No noise other than the creek in back. It is a bit of a drive through the neighborhood with some aggressive hills, but the payoff is worth it!
