Nestled slopeside in Mountain Village, this elegant 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse offers breathtaking mountain views, luxurious tasteful finishes, and unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access just steps from the Telluride Ski Resort.

The spacious living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable furnishings designed for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals at home, while the adjacent dining and living spaces provide the perfect setting for gathering with family and friends.

The primary suite offers a spa-like retreat with a steam shower. Additional guest bedrooms and bathrooms are thoughtfully appointed to provide comfort and privacy for all guests. Complimentary WiFi, a private garage, and tasteful mountain décor complete the home’s upscale ambiance. Parking garage limited to one car and vehicles less than 17.5 feet.

Located just a 3-minute walk from the Mountain Village Plaza, guests can easily enjoy shopping, dining, festivals, and year-round activities. The free gondola provides scenic transportation between Mountain Village and the Town of Telluride in just minutes, making it easy to explore the entire destination without needing a vehicle. Amazing views, great location tucked away from the bustle, but still a very short walk to the gondolas, restaurants, hiking, etc. Parking is tight (max 2 small-med vehicles). Property is not brand new but shows only minor wear. Carpets were clean and soft. We would totally stay here again!Nice to have 3 dif levels of bedrooms for three couples.Kitchen was fully stocked! We cooked three full dinners. Could have used more than one dish towel, but we used our own paper towels. Very comfortable.

What a great condo! True ski in/out. Open the back door. Ski down to the Meadows base area and you’re on your way. Short walk to the main village area for shopping, dining or to jump on the gondola to Telluride; super convenient. Our group was 4 adult guys on an annual ski trip. Plenty of room for all. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Our host was great, although we didn’t need anything during our stay. Easy communication leading up to the trip. I would definitely book this again if I ever come back.

Will stay again

We stayed at this property with our 4 children, ages 11, 9, 7, and 3. Excellent location. Easy to get to ski school and the gondola. Easy skiing down to lifts 1 and 10. Will stay again.

Thank you for your review. Yes, the ski school is right outside our back door (they have incredible instructors) and you can watch your children in the school from our back window! We are perfectly located to get to lift 1 which takes you to other lifts to the top of the mountain and lift 10 takes you to the bowls. We are excited to host you again.

Family ski vacation

Great place to stay. Easy ski out from the back deck and ski in only requires a few steps. Easy walking to Mountain Village and access to gondolas that will get you to the grocery store/liquor store and downtown Telluride. Great views out the windows, of a ski slope and Ski school and snow cap mountains.

Fantastic condo and location

We loved staying at this Mountain Village condo. It has everything you need, including it's own garage. The location is perfect and it is very well furnished. The view is fantastic. We're hoping to stay here again next year.

Great unit in great location

Perfect Mountain Village Stay

Wonderful stay

Everything was as advertised. We loved our stay. Place was very clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Bedrooms were very cozy. Very convenient to the slopes and the downstairs ski gear area was a godsend for our kids to hang their skis and drop their gear. Beautiful views of the mountains from all floors. Loved it!

Wonderful Location!

This property was a perfect location....ski in/ski out and a short walk to the mountain village core and gondola system. Sheryl was responsive and answered all of our questions. Amazing views from living room!!

Great ski in/ski out condo

Perfect for family/friends. Very clean & comfortable. Everything you need to make meals. The Mt Village food market is just a ride up the Chondola #1. Beautiful views of the mountains. Host is most helpful and quick to respond. Telluride is #1 in keeping ski conditions excellent even if the weather isn't cooperating.

Great location and amount of space

We had 6 adults and the layout of the condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. The location could not have been better…close to everything and wonderful to have ski in/out access. We loved having the hot tub and steam shower after our active days. Sheryl was easy to work with & answered all questions. We would love to visit Mountain Village again!

The house was beautiful and very clean with plenty of space for all of us. The view of the mountains is amazing. We would sit out there morning and night staring at them. We would definitely stay here again, especially because of its view and close proximity to the village. Just a small warning that there is construction nearby, so if you have the windows open, you may have noise some mornings; it definitely varied. Other than that, the place is perfect and the hosts are very communicative, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Best Slopeside Condo Ever!

Absolutely fabulous location. Walk to Mountain Village, ski in-out of back of property and get to the Chondola/Sunshine lifts. Condo layout was great for our family and well stocked with everything a family could need, including a pair of scissors and a Sharpie for marking up the little ones ski gear! I would definitely recommend!

Best spot in Mountain Village!

Our family had a wonderful time in the Aspen Ridge condo in Mountain Village. We love this area - it is so convenient to everything! The condo itself has a wonderful view of the mountains - facing the golf course in the summer and the slopes in the winter. We had everything we needed and we truly enjoyed staying here! We could walk to the gondola, to the nearby market, and to restaurants and shops. We are excited for our next time to stay at this lovely condo! Thank you!

great location and comfortable for hanging with the family

we, unfortunately, arrived for a week of skiing on the day they closed all of Colorado's ski resorts. But, the condo was a comfortable Stay at Home base. We added some family games to the collection. And enjoyed the easy access to snow/slopes for sledding and snowman making.

Perfect New Year's Ski Week!

This property was incredible! Sheryl's place was clean and inviting, with everything our family of four needed for a wonderful ski/snowboarding week. The location of this townhouse couldn't be better (ski right from your back door onto Meadows) and is close to Mountain Village core and the gondola into town. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of space to relax in the living area. Lovely fireplace and gorgeous views from the patio. Would absolutely book here again. Thank you, Sheryl!

Family vacation

The overall experience was good. However, the neighboring vacationers in the unit next door were very disrespectful, loud, parking in our space, etc. we would think twice about staying again as the next door neighbor experience was so terrible.

We're delighted that your overall experience in our unit was good. It's too bad that the neighbors next door sullied your stay, however, being a rental unit, there's really not much chance that you would ever see these people again should you decide to return. If you would have contacted us while you were there, we would have gotten in touch with management and resolved your issues. You could have the same disrespectful neighbors in any unit any place in the world. Removing the bad neighbors from the equation, I'm sure you realize what a wonderful unit we have...perfect location, beautiful views, well-appointed condo. We hope to see you again.
