Ca Margarita is an oasis of tranquillity for an unforgettable stay. With 150 m² on a plot of 400 m², you will be welcomed by a beautiful garden and two large outdoor terraces. The house is accessible without steps, with all the rooms on the ground floor. Radiator heating, parquet floor and free Wi-Fi.



Capacity for 6 people in 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with single beds, pillows of different heights and ceiling fans. For the little ones we offer high chairs, travel cot and bed railings free of charge.



Cozy living room equipped with air conditioning, fireplace with firewood included for the winter, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, DVD player, Nintendo Wii with games, board games and a complete collection of books. Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, DolceGusto coffee machine, Italian coffee machine and much more. We also have utensils to prepare a delicious paella. Two full bathrooms, equipped with showers, bidet, towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. Private garage for 2 vehicles.



We provide beach/pool towels, umbrella, hiking poles, 4 mountain bikes of various sizes and paddle tennis paddles, all at no extra cost.



We are only 50 metres from the public swimming pool open in summer (not private). All necessary services within walking distance, the village is very quiet with only 700 neighbors. We have a complete dossier with tourist and gastronomic information about the area.
