Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom condo located on the ground floor of the Versant Soleil residence, perfectly positioned with direct ski-in/ski-out access! Ideal for a family getaway or a trip with friends (up to 7 guests), this condo combines comfort, elegance, and convenience for an unforgettable stay in Mont-Tremblant.

POOL & SPA (outdoor and shared with the residence)
- Seasonal outdoor pool ( open from 11 am to 5 pm )
- Spa ( open from 10 am to 8 pm )
The hot tub will be closed for maintenance from April 20nd until 15 June 2026. The pool season starts on June 22nd. Additionally, the pool will be closed on rainy days and whenever the outdoor temperature is below 15°C (59°F).

- Coffee, filters, sugar, spices, and cleaning essentials included

PET POLICY
No pets allowed (some exceptions may be discussed)
Whether you’re here to hit the slopes, explore the trails, or simply relax surrounded by nature, this ground-floor condo offers the perfect balance of comfort, location, and style for your Mont-Tremblant getaway.
- Minimum age required to reserve is 21 years old with proof of ID
- Smoking is prohibited in any area of the appartement, specifically inside and outside, including entrance, and common areas.
- No pets are allowed on the premises
- No parties, no events aloud no noise after 11 pm
- The number of guests must not exceed reservation.
- This regulation applies to you as well as your guests and / or visitors.
- access card for : pool / spa / parking is 200$ fees automatically charged on the reservation if the card is lost .
If this norm is not respected, these are the consequences:
1. You will be automatically charged a $ 500 fine.
2. You and your companions will be invited to leave the apartment without any right to reimbursement.
-Please do not use towels nor any other linens in the unit to remove make-up or clean other substances (If towels and bed sheets are stained you will be automatically changed to replace them )
- It is important to respect the neighbours by respecting all our rules as you have agreed before booking with us.
-Please it is very important to leave both parking stickers and access card on the dinning table upon your departure. If you lose or forget a sticker or card, fees will be charged.
Check out 11:00 am the day of your departure , It is important not to have the cleaning wait outside extra fees will apply if they wait.
