Spacious apartments just 1.5 kilometers from the beautiful sandy beaches of the North Sea. Spend time with the whole family on the beach splashing around, looking for shells and building castles. Or listen to a pirate tale on board a cutter on the high seas. And if the weather is bad, simply start the anti-boredom program behind the dunes and visit the wave pool or watch the sharks being fed in the aquarium. Highlights included: Usage-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, WiFi Activities in the area: Sylt is more varied and diverse than almost any other island. Around 50 km of hiking trails and around 200 km of cycle paths invite you to extensive tours in the multifaceted nature. Kilometer-long walks on the beach or along the shifting dunes are just as possible as mudflat hikes. Sylt offers the right thing for every holiday taste: In Westerland, restaurants, bars and cafés invite you to spend pleasant hours. Concerts take place in the music shell on the beach promenade and various museums, galleries and exhibitions are available for culture lovers. In summer, the island attracts many guests with sporting events and numerous different events. Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The entrance to the house is on the side in the basement. This can be reached by stairs from the garden. Only types C and E have an additional ground level entrance (1 step) via the terrace.

Ferienwohnung mit Charme

Das Haus aus den vermutlich 70er Jahren ist sehr gut erhalten und top gepflegt. Vieles wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert, der Charme der 80er Jahre Kiefernmöbel passt gut zu dem Objekt. Insbesondere der Pool wertet das Erlebnis auf! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
