Welcome to Beach Vibes Getaway in Crescent Beach, North Myrtle Beach! Just a short walk to the ocean, our cozy beach retreat is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coastal lifestyle. Close to restaurants, shopping, golf, entertainment, and family attractions, you’ll have everything you need nearby. After a fun beach day, unwind in a comfortable space designed for a peaceful and memorable getaway. We look forward to hosting you!
As soon as you walk through the front door, you’ll find the spacious master bedroom to your right featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a private full bathroom. There’s also a cozy chaise lounge chair — the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a fun day at the beach.

As you continue through the home, the fully equipped kitchen is located to the right, while the inviting living room sits to the left, creating a warm and comfortable space for everyone to gather.

Toward the back left side of the home, you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms along with 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and a great view overlooking the pool area.

Step outside to enjoy your own private backyard, fully-fenced. On the left side of the patio, there’s an outdoor dining area with seating for up to six guests. Just beyond that, you’ll find a comfortable outdoor lounge space under a beautiful pergola — perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Right beside the lounge area is the pool and Jacuzzi for endless vacation fun..!
Tucked away in the back of the property is our fun-filled shed stocked with ping-pong, bicycles, beach chairs, and other beach essentials for you to enjoy during your stay.

We want you to relax, enjoy your stay, and feel at home. Please review our house rules to help us keep the property clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
No smoking or vaping inside the house.

No parties or events allowed.

Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors. 11 P.M. -7A.M.

No shoes inside the home. Complimentary slippers are provided for your comfort. Please help keep the home clean for yourself and future guests.

Do not move or rearrange furniture inside or outside the property. Please report any broken or damaged items as soon as possible.

Dispose of garbage in the outdoor trash cans located on the right side by the fence.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved by the host beforehand. If you plan to have visitors, please message the host for approval.

We are dog-friendly. No pet fees.
Max 2 dogs, no breed restrictions. Please NO cats or exotic animals. All dogs must be well-behaved and trained. Please don't leave your dog unattended in the house if that's not the case. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If your dog likes to lay on the couch, we are providing a special blanket for you to place on the couch. But absolutely no dogs on the beds please, no exceptions. We know you love your furry friends, we just trying to keep the place clean for our next guests. Thank you for understanding.

Don't do anything illegal at the premises. Illegal drugs of any kind are not allowed. All weapons including concealed firearms are prohibited on the entire property.

Pool Liability: Guests acknowledge and agree that the use of any pool on the rental property is at their own risk. Guests assume full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all persons using the pool, and agree to comply with all posted pool rules and safety instructions. Host shall not be liable for any injuries, damages or losses arising from the use of the pool or pool area. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the rental management company from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the pool or pool area. Guests are strongly advised to ensure that all individuals using the pool are capable swimmers and that appropriate safety measures, such as pool fencing or supervision, are taken to ensure the safety of all guests.

Pool Maintenance: Pools and hot tubs have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. The Homeowner cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning pool or hot tub. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool or hot tub is not working properly. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning pool/spa. Your host will do everything in its power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible. All pool equipment must be operated by a licensed professional. If you feel your Jacuzzi's heater is not working properly, please message your host during normal business hours, 9am-5pm. This is NOT considered an emergency.

There will be no refunds for the internet going out, as we are not in control of that. Please contact your host and we will take care of it in a timely manner.
