This home sits in East Austin's MLK neighborhood - one of the city's most well-established and genuinely local pockets. You're about 4 miles from downtown, close to Mueller, and minutes from the airport.

The East Austin food and bar scene is right at your doorstep. Micklethwait Craft Meats for some of the best BBQ in the city, Jacoby's for ranch-to-table dinner on the Colorado River, Contigo for a great patio night, and Este for coastal Mexican that's worth the wait. East 6th and Manor Road are both close for bars, coffee, and whatever else the group is into.
