Welcome to Seaside Sanctuary, your family’s perfect oceanfront escape on North Topsail Beach. If you are looking for a stress-free beach vacation away from the heavy tourist traffic, yet close to amenities, you have found your hidden gem.

Located in a peaceful sea turtle sanctuary, our 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome is right on the beach. There are no busy streets to cross or long treks with heavy coolers; simply step out your back door, walk down the private boardwalk, and sink your toes into the warm sand. It is common to see dolphins playing in the waves, and the beach is famous for excellent shelling, shark-tooth collecting, and ghost-crab hunting.

This luxury oceanfront townhouse features a light and airy reverse floor plan with breathtaking ocean and/or sound views from every room. The top level consists of the living and dining area, kitchen, powder room, and a Master suite featuring a King bed and private balcony. A second Master suite is located oceanfront on the first floor, along with two additional guest bedrooms and a third full bathroom. In total, the home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a convenient ½ bath in the main living area on the top floor.

Flat-screen TVs are located in the living area and all bedrooms and are equipped with HD Cable (and DVR). High-speed Internet (WiFi) is included. Appliances include a full-size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, iron, full-size ironing board, and more. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel GE Profile appliances, and is well-stocked with cooking supplies and utensils.

One side of a duplex, this well-maintained and beautifully decorated home features 2 spectacular private oceanfront decks with amazing views and comfortable seating, as well as 2 private sound-view balconies. Enjoy the private boardwalk from the deck to the beach, as well as a private, enclosed Outdoor Shower.

We had a wonderful week at North Topsail! The property is well maintained and spacious. Beautiful view of the beach which is only a short walk to reach. Loved the reversed floor plan! Lots of steps but worth it for the view! The gas fire pit is nice and will be wonderful when the weather is a little cooler.

Thank you so much for staying with us! The reversed floor plan is one of our favorite things about Seaside Sanctuary too and worth every step for those gorgeous ocean views. We are so glad you enjoyed the fire pit, it's magical on a cool evening with the sound of the waves. North Topsail Beach is such a hidden gem for those who want a real beach experience without the crowds, and we'd love to have you back!

Property was clean and comfortable with plenty of space indoors and outside. Very family friendly. Noise between floors is hard to hear -- great for nap times and early bedtimes, noise from outside was minimal. Host provides some beach items, like chairs and towels, which is super convenient. Location is close to local businesses, but not close enough that the beach was overly crowded. The beach area is clean and an excellent spot for shell collecting. Host was quick to respond.

We're thrilled the amenities and layout worked well for your family, from the quiet floors for nap time to the beach chairs and towels we leave for guests. North Topsail Beach is one of the most peaceful, least commercialized stretches around, we love the wide, uncrowded sand for shell collecting and are glad you did too. With Surf City's restaurants and shops and Sneads Ferry just a short drive away when you want them, we agree… it is the perfect place. We'd love to host your family again at Seaside Sanctuary! The sand is warm and soft with shells abound. North Topsail is away from all the hustle and bustle yet close to all the amenities you need. You’ll feel like you’re on vacation without the stress of having to think of everything. The people are friendly and the vibe is laidback. This turtle sanctuary is also known for its dolphins. Ghost crabs, and seashells. It’s the perfect getaway.

Oceanfront with two private balconies and a private boardwalk makes this the perfect beach vacation. Open floor plan with plenty of room and lots of extras including beach gear, gas fire pit and games make this a fun, relaxing and comfortable experience for all.
