Stan's Hideaway, Very tranquil & private, farm setting, over 500 reviews from other big website overall rating of 4.89, tucked up against a alfalfa field owned by the Mecham's , lots of open space and views towards Bryce, fully fenced yard for pets (no cats please) parking is off dirt cud-da-sac, great view of Bryce from deck, gas BBQ chairs for night sky viewing, deers almost every night and early morning, inside the hideaway is small 300 sq ft. everything does fit, queen size bed, pull out coach, recliner, full kitchen with washer dryer, bathroom with shower, plenty of maps and hiking info and off the grid suggestions, its small and cozy for 2

This place was very small but big on hospitality and thoughtful touches. The space is very well laid out and organized. It had literally everything we needed. We quickly felt at home and enjoyed our stay so much. We would even stay longer if we could have, and will remember it for a hopeful next time we come explore the canyon further. Tropic is a lovable town and a perfect distance from many places of interest.

The little house was spotless! The kitchen, had a refrigerator, with condiments, a washer and dryer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot. It was stocked with pots, pans and all utensils. The bed was comfortable. Watched Netflix in the TV. The bathroom had soaps, hair dryer, towels etc. Our 2 little dogs, loved the secure backyard. The view from the entrance is a large pasture, with horses and deer. We ate at several good restaurants in town and had ice cream at a “ ice cream and candy shop” in town. Tom was an excellent host. He made sure we had everything we needed and told us to contact him, if we needed anything. Thank you for a wonderful 5 nights!!
