The space features one California King bed and two Queen beds, as well as living room full, offering plenty of room for guests to relax comfortably. Recently renovated by Kendra Lifestyle Homes and an extension of the known aesthetic. Featuring two bathrooms, one in the central hall and the other a luxe ensuite.

Thoughtful design and great separation of space with a fully fenced backyard make this a wonderful retreat for track town events, football games or simply discover the green phenomenon Eugene has to offer. Hosted by Eugene local, you have found yourself a quiet retreat in the middle of everything. Walk Gillespie Butte for a wonderful view of the city, or jaunt to Oakway center for premium shopping, just 2.4 miles from Austen Stadium.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautiful—comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully stocked. The beds were incredibly cozy, the kitchen had all the basic essentials, and we especially appreciated the coffee, tea, fresh fruit, and avocados waiting for us.The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and a quick drive to shopping, grocery stores, and Autzen for the concert we came to see!The weather was warm and perfect during our visit, so we spent the evening enjoying the fully fenced backyard with our kids and dogs. We had dinner outside at the patio table, then relaxed in the lounge chairs while the kids played. It was the perfect summer getaway in Eugene, and we’d happily stay here again!
