22D is a spacious ground floor apartment with a large terrace, hammock and pool, ideal for families with children or for friends looking for a private pool deck directly above the sea.

This fabulous apartment is located in the first row on the beach of LUZ near Lagos.

You already feel like you're on the beach:
The view of the Atlantic stretches from the surf on the beach directly below to the horizon and the impressive Black Rock to the east. The impressions of the waves and wind rushing through the palm trees can be enjoyed from the front row.

The cul-de-sac location next to the Roman ruins is CENTRAL, currently construction work is still taking place on the Roman ruins and this can temporarily affect the otherwise absolutely quiet location. A car can be parked in the cul-de-sac in front of the apartment. The sandy beach of Luz, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The apartment is reached via a few steps. It offers a cozy living room with full sea views, full hd TV with German and English channels, WLAN Internet, air conditioning, bedroom by the sea with adjoining bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Comfortable, relaxing, well equipped apartment. The view looking out to the beach and the ocean was spectacular. The spacious patio with inground pool was incredible and a great way to relax after a day exploring or just hanging out on the beach.

Very nice place

We stayed in the apartment in 7 days, and its a very nice place. Clean and great location. Its build so its nice and cool in the nights. Located close to the beach (very nice beach), to the supermarked and the centre of the city. We had a great time here. The only "bad" thing to say is that the city is very small, and there is no nightlife in the evening/night. There is a lot of nice places to eat

Beautiful views

We were 6 adults (3 couples) on vacation for a week in this beautiful area. We enjoyed the ability to walk to stores, restaurants and the beach or just hang out by the pool.

3 weeks in Praia da Luz

Wonderful! The condo was perfect for our needs and the terrace was like having an extra room to enjoy. The location was great with so many nearby places to visit. Also great restaurants, all within walking distance. We are already missing those beautiful Portugal oranges. Thank you, Andrea and Frenk, for sharing your home with us and for being so helpful. Property location is absolutely outstanding. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions and the property managers were helpful in showing us how to use the TV/cable equipment. Views from the spacious terrace are tough to beat.

Great location!

We stayed 9 days at the apartment and found it to be quite comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and bright. The view is outstanding and there are so many restaurants and shops in the area. We enjoyed walking along the beach and watching the surfers. We rented a car and were able to see lots of sights. Great vacation.

An ideal spot in Luz

It is hard to be better. Nice house, pool and view. A short walk to the beach. That would be my first choice in quiet Luz!

The private apartment was in an ideal location, very near to boardwalk and beach. The pool and private patio really made this stay. Rooms were all clean and spacious.

Lovely place

We had a lovely stay in this perfect spot. Even had a bottle of wine and some fruit and portuguese bread waiting for us when we arrived...so thoughtful! The only issue is the noisy restoration of ruins next door - that starts at 8 am- but the owner did his best to send requests for change of times to the company. We loved the pool; the restaurants and the proximity to everything .

Lovely apartment in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely clean and well equipped apartment. Photos were accurate and the view over the sea was beautiful. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Nearby bus stop was good to be able to visit Lagos & Burgau. We look forward to return in the future.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und Luz ist ein ruhiger Ort mit Restaurants fuer jeden Geschmack. Vin hier aus laesst sich hervorragend die Westalgarve besuchen. Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Uferpromenade mit freiem Blick aufs Meer und die Steilkueste am Ende des Strandes. Gerne empfehlen wir das Apartment weiter.

Luz, and this condo are a gorgeous place to call home for a week or more

This 3-bedroom condo is a lovely comfortable home away form home. Just steps from everything - the amazingly clean sandy beach, restaurants, boardwalk, downtown, grocery shopping, and loads of hiking. A walk out of the primary bed or the living room patio doors takes you onto a welcoming patio with private small pool.& dining table. Walk to the edge and you're overlooking the cobblestone boardwalk vith a stunning view any time of day. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. We rented a car from Faro airport and found it was a wonderful way to get around when it was 4 of us. Highway driving was great. Nearby towns were a fun day's activity. Very, very friendly people (locals and other tourists), most speak English, some German.

Incredible stay

Apartment 22D is amazing. It is beautiful, well located, and completely private. We appreciated that upon arrival the kitchen was stocked with some essentials. It was easy to get groceries and to cook in the apartment. The view is incredible and the apartment was so comfortable. Thank you for an incredible vacation. We will 100% be back!

Spot on Location with the best views

Waking up to a view of the sunrise and the ocean was fabulous. Lovely property with everything catered for. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Comfy beds, excellent outside area with an amazing heated pool which feels brand new. The Weber BBQ was a real bonus and we had some lovely BBQ's overlooking the ocean. Definitely recommend this and would stay here again.

Perfect Location

Great location, with the view of the beach and listening to the waves while falling asleep. Easy walk to many great restaurants. 22D is the ground floor unit, 3 bedroom unit, with the pool. It's bigger than the pictures convey. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy and responsive. Overall, a great stay. Will definitely return!
