Welcome to the Villa on the Baltic Sea Beach—an impressive building in the traditional seaside resort architectural style. Just a few steps from the beach and the center of Heringsdorf, this villa offers you the ideal base for a relaxing vacation.

Apartment number 7 is located on the first floor of the house. Two people will feel right at home in the tastefully furnished 40-square-meter space and enjoy a relaxing vacation.
Thanks to the perfectly coordinated color scheme, the open-concept living and dining area exudes tranquility and coziness. Small, thoughtful details and red accents round out the overall look. The two-seater sofa in the living area invites you to relax, while the wall-mounted TV provides entertainment when you want it. Cook your favorite meal even while on vacation, or spend your evenings together playing a board game on the comfortable, upholstered bench. The bedroom and bathroom feature a nautical theme. The bedroom features a double bed that guarantees restful nights. You can store your clothes in the large built-in closet, which blends harmoniously into the room. For your added comfort, there is another TV in the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rack.

A high chair and a travel crib with a mattress (but without linens) are available to you free of charge in the apartment. A private parking space is available on the property. You can store your bicycles in the building’s dedicated bike storage room. A washer and dryer are available in the building and can be used for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
