Welcome to Summit & Shore, a brand-new vacation home at Deep Creek Lake with split lakefront access and an easy walk to the dock directly across a quiet, non-busy street.
Located in a peaceful, quiet setting near Deep Creek Lake State Park, this home is perfect for relaxing while still being close to hiking, swimming, kayaking, and local attractions.
Unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or cozy up inside by the gas fireplace after a day on the lake.
Perfect for families and groups looking for a modern Deep Creek getaway with easy lake access and mountain charm.

**Boating Advisory: Due to variable water levels and a low bridge into the cove entrance, some boating restrictions apply. Most pontoons or speed boats with towers cannot be docked at the home (especially hard-top pontoons). You may not be able to get the pontoon under the bridge to access the cove and the home s dock. Luxury Tritoon boats that can go under this bridge and be used at this home are available for rent through Red Barn Vacation s exclusive partnership with Marine Plus. Ask us for more information on these rental boats.

Location Highlights: This home is within walking distance of the beautiful Deep Creek Lake State Park, curtesy of a walking path to the state park at the start of the neighborhood. The state park has a sandy swimming beach, lots of grills and tables for lakeside picnics, fishing spots, walking trails, and more! Within a five minute drive, you will also find area restraints like Dutch s at Silver Tree, s Run, Uno s Bar and Grill, as well as the Honi Honi bar, The Harbor Bar, and the Lakeside Creamery and more!

* Winter Advisory: Deep Creek is a mountainous region that experiences more snowfall and ice than you may be used to. In general, many roads and driveways can be steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are advised in the winter months. This home has a short but steep driveway and 4WD/AWD is a requirement in the winter months.*
