Relax inside or step out to the screened-in porch for breezy mornings and evening sunsets. You can bring your own boat and tie up to 20 foot dock, rent a boat from IOP Marina, or you can catch a ferry boat ride (we can provide contact information once booked) - as boating is the only way to access Goat Island.

Outdoor living is a highlight: a covered deck with a dining table that seats 10 overlooking the water and an enclosed screened in porch. The house is a quick 15-minute boat ride from the Isle of Palms (IOP) boat launch — guests must provide.
