We enjoyed the tree house feel of staying at the Octagon House! The views were astounding. We even were greeted by a doe and two fawns when we arrived. We drove to Malvern for the Walmart there to get groceries which took about 25 minutes each way. The drive into Hot Springd was scenic and easy! We had a fun time there introducing our teenage grandsons to the hot springs and cold spring as well as the park tower. We were able to eat breakfast at the house easily cooking oatmeal etc. We took advantage of The Tee Time cafe for our dinner on last evening. I appreciate the quick and direct communication on my questions and needs! We loved this area of Hot Springs. Though close to Lake Catherine we did not get to do the hikes there…just ran out of time in this stay!:(
