The location was good with easy access to shopping and public transportation. The only sad thing was that the owner asked for us to leave a cash payment on the counter to cover so called taxes. I confirmed with VRBO and they said that is not acceptable so we did not pay that amount. In asking for clarification about that from the landlord I received no response.

The host was away so the "checking in" process was strange but OK. The properly was clean overall but the shower room was a bit damp and had a bit of mould in the corners. It was summer and the house was very cool so I'd beware if going in winter.There wasn't enough hot water per day for 2 people's showers and as there was 3 of us we had to take it in turns and wash up with cold water. I think it's a water tank system rather than on demand.The "vineyard" seating area outside is very overgrown. It was close to amenities like supermarkets and cafes.The stay was OK overall though - you get what you pay for.

Great place to explore Berlin

We were happy with the whole booking process and the apartment (great cleanliness, functionality, location). The neighborhood is relatively quiet and has some nearby playgrounds for children. We had a car so the parking situation was sometimes a headache.

My daughter and sister in law enjoyed the property very much. The communication issues were the fault of VRBO not the host. One thing that should be noted - the property is listed as a two bedroom. It is not. It is a one bedroom with a fold out couch in the living room. It works but there is none of the privacy you’d expect from a bedroom. Also the locks to enter the apartment are not easy or obvious to use. It needs better directions.

Good location

This flat was booked for attending a family event and location and accessibility was important. There were one U-Bahn station and 2S-Bahn stations nearby, also a nice supermarket and several restaurants. The flat itself was in the back part of the house on the ground floor. It was clean and well furnished although no washing machine. This is usually not a problem but it was very hot when we were there and we used more clothes than intended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book this flat again. The only problem we had was getting in touch with the landlady. There were no instructions left in the flat and initially we could not get the TV working until we bought batteries for the remote control..Also one of the main lights was not working but our land lady did not reply to our texts. At the end, it did not matter but next time I would ring. However, we were supplied with a second key as requested and we could not have done it without it. Thank you.

Die Wohnung war gut organisiert. Die Dusche war sehr groß und bequem, dass einzige Problem war das Waschbecken im Bad, das war zu klein!!

Ein wirklich schönes und super gelegenes etwas in die Jahre gekommenes schönes Apartment in Hinterhoflage.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hätten nur einzelne Kleinigkeiten als Vorschlag zur Verbesserung. So wäre eine normale Kaffeemaschiene toll, weil wir Kapselmaschienen persönlich nicht mögen. Wer weiche Matrazen mag ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Einzelne Schönheitsreparaturen könnten durchgeführt werden.Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und uns freuen, wenn wir dann Gast sein könnten.Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für den einfachen Ablauf und die Tips für die Umgebung und das Parken.

Die Fewo liegt super, um Berlin zu erkunden. S und U Bahn direkt vor der Tür und auch ein REWE in unmittelbarer Nähe. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Das Apartment Buddha liegt im Hinterhof eines Hauses in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Gegend in Berlin. U und S Bahn sehr schnell erreichbar, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Obwohl das Apartment im Erdgeschoss liegt, ist es nicht komplett barrierefrei, da man mehrmals ein paar Stufen überwinden muss. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Allerdings ist die Wohnung insgesamt schon etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen, das Badezimmer ist zwar sauber, aber leichter Beginn von Schimmel. Auch die Küche etwas "abgewohnt"... Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen, besonders von der Lage her, längerfristig würde ich mich nicht wohlfühlen.

Furchtbar

Die Wohnung betritt man über zwei schmutzige, ungepflegte Flure und einen ungepflegten Hinterhof. Die Erdgeschoßwohnung ist so dunkel, dass man selbst bei hellstem Tageslicht zum Lesen das Licht anmachen muss. Die Ausstattung ist billigst, lieb-und geschmacklos. In der Dusche ist Schimmel; keine Abstellmöglichkeiten; der Esstisch ist ein Billigst-Klapptisch mit Platz für zwei Personen auf klapprigen Gartenstühlen. Die Griffe von der Kühlschranktür abgebrochen; kein Küchenmesser zum Schälen von Zwiebeln oder Kartoffeln: Die Liste ließe sich beliebig fortsetzen. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem derzeitigen Zustand (Wohnzimmer!!) und sind mit optimaler Ausleuchtung absolut geschönt. Diese Wohnung hat unseren sonst sehr gelungenen Berlin-Aufenthalt verdorben und dürfte seriös nicht angeboten werden!!

Parfaitement situé

Idéal pour une famille, très bien situé , proche de tous les commerces et des transports qui amènent vers le centre ville et les choses à visiter. Le logement est très bien équipé, confortable et chaleureux. Un grand merci pour la délicate attention à l’accueil. Nous conseillons les yeux fermés.

Charmante Unterkunft in super Lage

Das großzügige, charmant eingerichtete Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel von Berlin, unweit sind ein Supermarkt und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist sehr sympathisch eingerichtet, alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt... vielen Dank!
