• Damage Deposit: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including dirty dishes, carpet/floor stains, interior wall damage, and appliance repairs arising from improper use, will be charged. A minimum $100.00 charge will be billed to the credit card on file, increasing based on damage.

• No Phones in Rooms: Calls can be made at the front desk during office hours. Messages for guests will be taken at the front desk and delivered when possible.
• Noise & Guest Policy: Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced). Guests are allowed until 11:00 PM — after that, only registered guests are permitted. Noise fines: $300 for excessive disturbances.
