Enjoy unforgettable holidays in the attic apartment of Villa Anna with breathtaking views of the Kvarner Bay and the islands of Krk and Cres. The 82 m² holiday apartment offers space for up to six people and impresses with its bright, modern furnishings.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and kitchen area, equipped with air conditioning, a cosy corner sofa, satellite TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area for shared meals. The adjacent balcony offers sea views and is ideal for enjoying the sunrise in the morning or letting the day fade away in peace and quiet in the evening.

The holiday apartment has three comfortable bedrooms: two double rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV and wardrobe, as well as a single room. The bathroom is modern equipped with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional flexibility. Pets are welcome, for which an additional fee is charged.

The villa is located in a quiet area, surrounded by plenty of greenery, just a few minutes' walk from the beach (approx. 200 m). Various types of beaches – from sand to gravel to concrete plateaus – are within short distance. Shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés and public transport are also in immediate proximity, so you will hardly need a car during your stay.

In the outdoor area of the villa, children can play on the trampoline, swing or in the sandpit, while adults can use the pavilion with a barbecue area and the summer kitchen. Sunbathing lawn, Hollywood swing and sun terrace provide relaxation in the open air.

The environment offers numerous leisure activities: swimming, water sports, boat rental, diving, snorkelling, cycling, hiking as well as excursions to nature and national parks are quickly accessible.
