Vacation by the Sea. <br>We warmly invite you to spend a relaxing getaway in our cozy and uniquely furnished vacation home, situated in a secluded location on a 13th-century dike.<br>Gaze out over the vast expanse of North Frisia and let the fresh air wash over you—clear your mind and relax your soul!<br><br>The entrance leads directly into a small foyer with a coat rack and a dog towel. From there, you’ll walk through the hallway with the staircase into the living room with a terrace in the attic. Next, you’ll enter the kitchen-diner with a dining table and a tiled stove that can be used to provide additional heating for the entire house. From here, you have access to the garden terrace. <br>A bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and sauna is also located on the first floor, as is the bedroom with a double bed. From the bedroom, you have a view of the large garden. <br>In the kitchen-dining area, you’ll find everything your heart desires and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Of course, the kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, glass-ceramic stovetop, electric kettle, coffee maker (both a standard coffee maker and a French press), toaster, dishwasher, and a spacious refrigerator. <br>In the attic, you’ll find a reading chair with a reading lamp and a huge lounge sofa with plenty of space and lots of pillows to make you feel cozy while reading, relaxing, or watching TV. There is also a small desk and a terrace offering a magnificent view across pastures to the horizon and the sunset. <br><br>Bedding (beds are freshly made upon arrival), 2 large towels, 2 small towels, 2 sauna towels, and dish towels are included in the price. <br><br>Up to two pets are welcome! <br>Because sheep and horse pastures border the property directly, we recommend keeping your four-legged friend on a leash while on the property; a long leash is provided in the garden.<br>The property is enclosed on three sides facing the street with a fence and gate.<br><br>We would also like to point out that the staircase to the upper floor is a narrow, steep space-saving staircase; it is not wheelchair-accessible and is not suitable for people with mobility issues or pets.<br><br>Notes:<br>- The property is located on a country road with through traffic.
