The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the kitchen living with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room as intersecting room and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 8 chairs. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Umag, district Umag. The holiday home is located on a open plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted, length 6 m). Parking is available on the property.
