This beautiful villa is located on the popular Marquesa V area of Dènia. The villa is very fresh. From the garden you can enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful mountain and to the sea from the upper glazed sun terrace. unmissable! Outside, the house has a sunny terrace with a private 8 x 3.5 m pool, a new gas barbecue and also an outdoor kitchen, so nothing can get in the way of barbecue evenings. To complete the outdoor area, there are also 4 new sun loungers, and a very comfortable set of outdoor furniture. The house is divided into several floors. On the main floor with direct access to the parking area you will find two bedrooms (both with air conditioning), two bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. From this floor you can go down to the beautiful bright and airy living room which incorporates a new air conditioning hot / cold, a smart TV and a wood burning fireplace. Directly adjacent is the dining room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice compartments, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (also have at your disposal a filter coffee machine), oven, washing machine, etc.. From the main floor there is access to the upper sun terrace, which is completely glazed but can also be opened completely in the pleasant summer evenings and also has a new hot/cold air conditioning system. Not to be left out are the fantastic views from up there. If you go downstairs from the main floor you will find a separate apartment with a bedroom with air conditioning hot/cold, a bathroom with a second washing machine, a cozy living room with a sofa bed (in case of possible visitors or small children) and a fully equipped kitchen. For the cold winter, the house has gas underfloor central heating and of course, as already mentioned, a wood-burning fireplace. Don't worry, your cars have enough space, the house has a double garage on the first floor, or also a carport right next to the main entrance so you could fit a minimum of 2 cars in total privately inside the property.

We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. Would you like to book this service in addition? or would you like to bring your own linen? We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 € / kWh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and the same on the day of your departure.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
