Discover the charm of our Sea La Vie Q1 Villa 3BR beachwalk 🏝️, a tranquil retreat ideally positioned for beach lovers and explorers alike. This modern villa offers 3 bedrooms with 3 king size beds, 4 bathrooms, a shared swimming pool and shared gym 💪🏻, ensuring a memorable stay for guests of all ages. Just a short walk from the sandy shores, our villa serves as the perfect base for your coastal adventures.
The construction of the villa was completed in February 2024.
Our spacious villa features three cosy bedrooms, each promising restful nights after days spent under the sun.
The open-plan living area, equipped with a fully-fitted kitchen and natural wooden dining table, is designed for gatherings and shared meals.
Step outside to the sun ☀️ terrace half covered by the pool water 💦 . Enjoy your morning coffee ☕️ in the hot tropics and cooling your feet 👣 in the water. Or step outside to balcony overlooking with the sea view, offering a peaceful spot for morning chilling with coffee on or evening relaxation with glass of wine 🍷

As our valued guest, you`ll have exclusive access to the entire villa, ensuring privacy and comfort. Security Deposit: a security deposit 💰 (300 USD) is required upon check-in and will be refunded after inspection upon check-out.
24/7 Support: Our team provides 24/7 support, but response times between 11 PM and 7 AM may be delayed. Urgent requests will be prioritized.
1. Cleaning and changing of linen is provided once a week complimentary only in case of bookings with a minimum duration of 10 nights. Extra daily cleaning available upon request at additional cost.
2. A refundable security deposit 💰of 300 US dollars (or equivalent in other currency such as EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, THB) will be required upon arrival.
3. Electricity ⚡️is charged based on consumption. We take a photo of the electric meter upon check-in and checkout. The kilowat (unit) charge is 8 (eight) thai baht.
4. There is a strict NO ❌ smoking policy INSIDE the villa. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace or balcony of the villa (garage is acceptable too). In case of smoking inside the deposit won`t be refunded and an additional deep cleaning fee might be applied ❗️
5. The guests are not permitted to organize and/or host any events or parties in the villa. If the guest gives permission to any third party to enter the premises the guest is solely and fully liable for the actions of the third party within the premises.
6. If any of the local law enforcement authorities needs to be notified or otherwise shows up at the premises for any reason connected to the behavior of the guest or any person the guest permitted to enter the premises, the deposit is forfeit and the guests have to leave the premises immediately.
7. By booking this property the guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the landlord against any and all claims of theft, personal injury, property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the theft, accident, injury or loss. By booking this property Guests expressly acknowledge that any insurance the owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of the guests and that they should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
8. Please treat the villa with the same care you’d wish for your own home. For any minor item damage (e.g. broken toaster, ripped or stained sheets…) the item cost is charged to the guest at wholesale price. Any damage done should be assumed non-restorable unless the guest can prove otherwise. For any major breakage (TV, glassdoor, glass railing…) the item is charged at a wholesale price and the deposit is forfeit.
9. No toilet paper 🧻 in the toilet (blocked ❌ toilets are THB 3.000 penalty).
10. The villa’s towels must not be taken to the beach or any outside location.
11. Please rinse off the sand when coming from the beach.
12. Only use cans and plastic cups around the pool 🥃❌. If glass shards get in the pool the guests are obliged to pay for the cleaning of the pool.
13. Safety, when leaving the villa, check this out:
• ✅ terrace umbrella is folded.
❌ Storm/strong wind could costs damages.
• ✅ All the large slide doors are closed on both floors
❌ Rain could cause water to leak inside. Storm/wind causes a damage on curtains.
• ✅ Water pump is silent.
❗️If is still running it seems a tap kept on or dripping.
❌ Repeatedly running 🔄 the water pump without enough cooling medium flowing will cause overheating ♨️its body. The thermal protection disables the water pump for the time needed to cool down ❄️ +1_hour.
14. Close all doors and windows:
• when you are not in the villa,
• when any of the air conditioning units is running,
• when its raining outside.
15. Occasionally the villa may experience electric or internet outages that are beyond our control.
