Located in a new building constructed in 2014, you’ll enjoy this 42-square-meter vacation apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022 and spans two floors. It features a bathroom and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a washing machine and a fully integrated dryer. On the upper floor is a large one-room living and sleeping area. A state-of-the-art TV with a media library and free Wi-Fi with a 50 M-BIT fiber-optic connection are available to you at no cost. Some areas are equipped with modern radiant floor heating, and several windows are fitted with fly screens. Venetian blinds and pleated blinds are available to darken the living and sleeping areas. In the summer, a small, charming courtyard area with an outdoor terrace is available for you to relax. You’re welcome to use this outdoor area for barbecuing and spending time outdoors. You’ll have private access to the vacation rental as well as a parking space. A bike carport with its own e-bike charging station is also available to you free of charge.
