The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, with one on the first floor and one on the upper floor. This makes the house ideal for 2 couples or a family with 2 children. A cozy fireplace creates a warm atmosphere and invites you to linger, especially during the cooler months. The beautiful terrace offers additional space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The house is a smoke-free property.

The small swimming area is just a few steps from the house (dogs are not allowed here); a public beach with a slide and diving platform (dogs not allowed) is located about 500-700 m away, as is the historic town center of Sternberg with its numerous small shops. The nearest major cities—Güstrow, Schwerin, Wismar, and the Baltic Sea coast—are approximately 25–35 km away.
