Large living/dining area with a cozy new leather sofa set that converts into a bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring, for example, a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
A flat-screen TV, plenty of books, and games are available for your leisure time.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features, among other things, a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) for a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with a wall-mounted toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer. An ironing board and iron are provided.

The bedrooms are equipped with external roller blinds.

Except for the two bedrooms, the apartment features comfortable underfloor heating.

A high chair is provided free of charge.

The vacation rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Thanks to its central location, the wide sandy beach, the harbor promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
