Arrive and feel right at home. :<br><br>Just a short walk from the center of Greetsiel, this beautiful and comfortably furnished, non-smoking ground-floor apartment is located right on a canal.<br>You can set out right away in a paddleboat, inflatable boat, or small motorboat to “explore” Greetsiel and East Frisia (paddleboats available for rent from April through October).<br><br>The unobstructed view of the canal from the terrace is indescribably beautiful.<br>For smokers, there’s a smoking terrace with a bar table.<br><br>Large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more.<br><br>Two bedrooms, a shower room with a washing machine and dryer, a hair dryer, and a guest restroom are part of the upscale amenities.<br>The living area features a sleeper sofa with a spring mattress (1.40 m x 2.10 m). <br>The floors are fully tiled. With the exception of the two bedrooms, the apartment features comfortable underfloor heating.<br><br>There are exterior roller blinds in front of the bedroom windows and the patio door.<br>Fly screens are installed in the bedrooms, in two bay windows, and in front of the patio door.<br><br>Satellite TV and a CD/radio with MP3 function, as well as an iron and ironing board, a clothes rack, a hair dryer, 2 hot water bottles, and fleece blankets are also included.<br><br>Terrace with furniture, a lawn area with 2 lounge chairs, a parasol, and a tabletop grill. There is a garden shed with ample space to store bicycles, strollers, and other items.<br>Additional seating is available on the dock right by the water. <br>Pets (dogs) are welcome. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia.
