We welcome you to the high-quality “Wattvogel” apartment in Greetsiel’s canal district!

On the upper floor, the apartment features a spacious living area with a sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, board games, and a hi-fi system. Adjacent to this is the dining area with a table and five chairs, as well as the fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker). From here, you can also step out onto the furnished balcony.
Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed (electrically adjustable slatted frame), a wardrobe, a small TV, and a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The bedroom also features a lockable safe (use at your own risk).

In the attic, behind a lockable door, is the second bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as a guest restroom.

All windows are equipped with pleated blinds and fly screens. High-quality vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment; the living room and bathroom feature underfloor heating.

You’ll also find a clothes drying rack in the built-in closets in the attic. In front of the house, there is a parking space and a lockable garden shed for storing bicycles.

Smoking and bringing pets are not permitted in this apartment.

The sofa is a sleeper sofa, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. If you’re interested, please contact us directly.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for a minimum of five nights with no fixed check-out day.
