The holiday home is furnished in a modern style. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. The following are available for exclusive use: children's playground, swing and barbecue facilities.

Location
Risika. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The newly renovated holiday house, surrounded by greenery, is located in Risika, a small village known for its sandy beach, near Vrbnik on the island of Krk, in a quiet environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late October, 4.00 m x 7.37 m, 1.50 m deep).

The entrance to your holiday home is located on the mezzanine floor and leads over an external staircase directly into the hallway.
Higher ground floor: Living room (18 sqm) with TV and access to the terrace. Kitchen (6 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (6 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony.
