The beach is particularly family-friendly, as even your little ones will have fun in the shallow water. Discover the surrounding area and the stretch of coast that stretches for around 24 kilometres from Cabo de Palos to Punta del Mojón and forms the natural boundary of the saltwater lake known as Mar Menor. The unique Mar Menor lagoon is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Enjoy the beautiful view of the blue sky, the equally blue sea and the high mountains in the background. For longer excursions, the harbour city of Cartagena or the provincial capital of Murcia with its old town and ancient cathedral are well worth a visit.
