The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Starigrad-Paklenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 650 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The apartment offers accommodation for 3-4 people. It consists of a bedroom/living room (double bed), a kitchen (sofa bed for 1-2 people) and a bathroom. The size of the apartment is about 45 m2. The facility is 300 m from the beach. Paklenica National Park is 1.2 km from the apartment. Within 100 m there are: supermarket, coffee bar, gas station, pharmacy, ATM, exchange office, hairdresser, souvenir shop. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 10 cars) is available on the property.

In summer: Adriatic 300 m in Starigrad (beach 300 m in Starigrad with pebbles, rocks and cliffs). Seline: dog beach 1000 m and tennis 1500 m. Starigrad: boat hire 1500 m and water sports 500 m.
