Shop, grocery, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Lavandou Gare routière" 900 m, sandy beach "du Lavandou" 800 m. Minigolf 100 m. Nearby attractions: Magic World 26 km, Parc Olbius Riquier 22 km, Saint Tropez 40 km, Le Jardin des Méditerranées 16 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Le Lavandou, 1 km. A deposit is required to enter the swimming pool.
3-room semi-detached house 60 m2 on 2 levels, west facing position. Bright, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Bath/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 20 m2, west facing position. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house, no parking. TV only FR.
