New vacation home on the edge of the Südheide Nature Park—an oasis of retreat for relaxing and rejuvenation. The vacation home is situated in a quiet, secluded location within a large garden with mature trees on the grounds of an old farm. This makes it ideal for leisure activities for the whole family. Due to the dense vegetation, visibility from the quiet side street is limited. The vacation home has approximately 60 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition to the open, modern, and stylishly furnished living-dining area with a bright kitchenette, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a pantry on the first floor. The living area features a cozy leather sofa, a dining table with four chairs, a flat-screen smart TV, and fold-out beds if needed. A fireplace provides cozy warmth in the winter. In the summer, the vacation home’s air conditioning keeps the interior cool. The sleeping area (double bed) is located on a loft with an open view into the living area. You can reach this area via a fairly steep staircase! Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Bed linens and towels can be booked for an additional fee. The vacation home is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides through the Südheide Nature Park. Kilometers of farm and forest trails with little traffic alternate along the way. You’ll find yourself immersed in peaceful nature right away. The nearest major town, Eschede, is only 2 km away and offers restaurants, shopping, and a train station. The outdoor swimming pool in Eschede is also just a few minutes away. The Filmtierpark is also 2 km away. Horseback riding opportunities are available in Eschede as well.
